If so, you have the chance to join your fellow Livonia town members in supporting local children with this wonderful event.
What Is This?
The event is Leah’s Happy Hearts Family Fun Walk, which is an annual event that was created to benefit “Leah’s Happy Hearts.” This is a non-profit organization formed to honor Leah Elisabeth James who lost her life to an inoperable brain tumor at the age of five. The foundation brings baskets to families and children dealing with similarly difficult illnesses. The event will include a 5k walk in addition to other enjoyable activities, like face painting, food, and other family-fun experiences.
When Is It?
The walk/event will take place on Saturday, May 30, 2015. Registration begins at 9am and the walk will begin at 10am.
