Teeth Whitening
One of our more common cosmetic treatments is teeth whitening. With this option, we provide more dramatic results and longer-lasting ones than store bought strips and toothpastes offer. We can look at your smile to assess the cause and severity of your teeth stains. Our team will then select the right teeth whitening for you. For more minor stains, we could discuss our in-office teeth whitening treatment which only takes one visit to make smiles shine, so you leave in as little as an hour or two with a brighter smile.
If you have more severe teeth stains, then our team could instead offer a take-home kit. With this option, our team will create a set of custom trays and send them home with you, along with multiple plastic syringes of bleaching gel. At home, treatment involves adding gel to the trays and wearing them for a specific amount of time, usually about an hour. Your teeth could be eight shades brighter in as little as a week.
Bonding
With cosmetic dentistry, we can also correct multiple issues at once with a single treatment, since bonding only takes one visit to finish. With dental bonding, we cover the teeth in a composite resin that is shaded for a natural appearance. We also use this in our natural looking dental fillings. With bonding, we apply the composite resin to mask teeth stains, fill in gaps between teeth, and even repair minor chips and cracks. This corrects misshapen teeth too, and can add length to worn down teeth.
In the same visit, we can also use contouring to sand the tooth to correct the appearance of minor chips, or to smooth our imperfections in the tooth surfaces, and even address sharp or pointed teeth, all in one sitting.
Custom Veneers
Our porcelain veneers can provide a smile makeover in two visits. The first visit involves preparing the teeth and taking images and impressions that we will use in the treatment process. We then create the veneers and when you return for the second visit, we attach them to the front of your teeth. This instantly addresses misshapen or damaged teeth, closes gaps between teeth, and masks severe staining. We can also correct the appearance of misalignment and more!
